Connected Communities for Youth Mental Health is a collaborative network dedicated to advancing research and innovation in community-based approaches to youth mental health prevention and intervention. We bring together researchers, practitioners, policymakers, commissioners, and community partners to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and promote scaled-up and sustainable evidence-informed strategies that strengthen support for young people. We focus on task-sharing and other innovative approaches, including peer-, family-, and trusted adult-led models, that expand access to mental health support and build community and neighbourhood capacity to improve outcomes for young people. We are committed to advancing knowledge of what works (including how and for whom) and advocating for research and practice innovations that are accessible to marginalised and underserved groups.
